Default 30/60 - TPNK 3-handed flop

No PT stats, don't know either player. From what I've seen so far

BU TAG on the tighter side, not getting out of line yet.
SB sLAG-LAG with weird aggro postflop plays at times, hard to predict, but running well.

I open A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] MP, BU 3-bets, SB cold calls, BB folds, I call.

Flop A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB check, I check, BU bet, SB c/r, I ... fold

I've been in this spot numerous times with weak aces from steal situations. A5s from MP is a bit light, but now I'm in it.

Being stuck in the middle between LAG and TAG preflop aggressor leaves me no choice here, correct? OTOH I feel being constantly outplayed when folding in this scenario. SB's range might be any PP; Ax, x>9 here; random crap, but I doubt he'd play Ax this way. I put him on a PP or worse.

How about donking the flop and taking it from there?

Sorry to bore you, but I suck at this situation, happens all the time.

this looks like a pretty easy fold. u are not getting great odds to showdown ur usually beat and ur dead when u are

sorry they had JJ and KQ and played like donks

sometimes u are good here but facing 2 bets here and not knowing if the BU is reraising is scary, this is an easy fold. If it was just button betting u can call down and take notes for the future, calling here is no where near profitable in the long run.

you could argue to 3 bet it tho and hope to push out the button, that wouldnt be too terrible if SB floats alot.

I would fold the flop also, but if I was forced to choose between coldcalling or 3betting, I would rather coldcall the flop. If we have the BTN beat, we dont want to push him out. If the BTN has us beat or the check/raiser has us beat we dont want to 3bet.

This is one of the few spots where I can fold and still feel good about it the times they show up with KQ and 77 or something else retarded.

i think this is an okay fold

id lean towards 3betting

if the board was A 6 4
and we had a 3flush

in this spot
i think a donk
is an okay line to take
if it gets raised and reraised
we can easily let our hand go

but for one more we can take a turn

folding if we dont turn a 2,4,5, or 7
