Di I c-bet here? My thought was to bet/call turn and fold river. I called river since it was so small.

I think a C Bet here yes. Probably fold to raise on your C Bet.

If he bets the turn, you might have to fold if he had called your B Bet, if he checks, check behind and then see what happens on the river, probably calling a bet.

That is probably the line I would take.

I would C Bet this 95% of the time, however,

do you think if we Call turn, we make villain bluff river a large percentage of the time?? And if the answer to that Q is Yes then do you think we must call here almost always?

Depends on a lot of things, like what actually comes down and the feeling you get from his bet.

Against some opponents I would say yes the villain would bluff the river quite often, but there are also alot of possible hands out there that beat us, so I don't know if you need to call automatically.

But against this particular villian I don't think he is completely bluffing because his bets are so weak. It seems like he either has something he wants to showdown cheaply or he has a monster and wants the hero to try to raise him off his hand.
