Default Nl100 - TPTK vs strong riverbet

I haven't played that long at the table but villain seems pretty bad. He is playing 27/9/4.

Wouldn't a flush try to check/raise usually?
I think I reraise turn and fold to a push. Also I check behind on the river and probably fold if he calls my reraise and shoves river.

raising turn then folding to a push is just bad

I think smooth calling turn and folding river is optimal here

you beat nearly nothing on the river

Yeh, I think a river fold is the right move here, rest is fine, though I'd probably be looking at $4 preflop, particularly as we're in position.
