villain is like 30/20 or something. hasn't really gotten out of line. i probably have a nittish image.

Re-raise preflop always against a 30/20. Since you just called, (which really isn't awful,) I would probably check raise to 40 or something here...

About 30%, whether you're up against trips or a made flush. Do you think he could have QxKs here ever? If so, you've got what you need.
