Lots of villains will limp small pocket pairs. Also, an OESFD is ahead of us, and a gut shot + a flush draw is a coinflip. I don't see villains raising a draw very much at this level, they try to see them for as cheap as possible.

Well, it depends. It depends on what level he is thinking. It depends on how aggressive he plays his made hands. I'm assuming this is pretty much an unknown. With an unknown you can't really be sure what the answers to these questions are. I'd take a 3bet from an unknown as a sign of strength in nearly all situations.
