Default NL100 - two pair vs donk

Villain is 77/8/4 and has been pretty much out of line in every hand.

He has been checkraising turn pretty weak earlier and he thinks TP is nuts, hence my weak turnbet (I wanted him to CR ).

But is there any better way generally to extract value from this type of players?
