Hi Everyone:

I just happen to be someone who takes about 100 vitamin pills a day so I'm somewhat familiar with many of the so called energy ingredients. However, when I looked at this web site, exactly what the ingredients in their "balls" is not very clear, but they do mention caffeine and guarana. My understanding is that guarana contains caffeine but releases it more slowly than what you would get if you were to drink a cup of coffee.

I used to take vitamins, until a doctor told me it was dangerous and probably more likely to kill me, or make me seriously ill than improve anything. Now I just try to eat good, which is admittedly hard work.

I don't think they're dangerous but I know they're useless. A normal diet contains more than enough of the vitamines you need. For example, vitamin C, a popular supplement is present at around 800% of our daily needs in a normal diet. The excess is not used by our bodies, you are just wasting your money buying supplements.

Off course if you live off taco bell, you might not get all the vitamins you need... as a previous poster said, balanced diet is the key.
