i think flat calling the turn is good. he's offering nice odds, you have some decent outs (and some hidden) and position.

Fold turn? I think if I'm going to raise, I'd rather do it on the flop. Yeah, you pick up a strt draw on the turn, but it really appears you're behind with little fold equity. Villian is not very aggressive, I like to toss it in here.

This is probably better than my first reply. I still think a turn raise is bad though.
