(6.50) Stars...EP TT limped.
Considered making a raise here, but limped instead. Perhaps if I wasn't in EP then I would have opened to t90. After my meh preflop limp comes this busto-lookin flop. I checked, hoping to throw a C/R down. I believe I should have led instead? Help on everything appreciated.

Re: (6.50) Stars...EP TT limped.
i like limping TT this early a lot.
you get a raise from MP1 indicating strength, and a call from MP3 - not that this must mean something, played the 6.50$ too ^^, keep it in mind. then you call the raise - but this call you should basically make ONLY for setvalue. postflop you have got an overpair, which is mostly like nutz in those starsgames on sunday, but there is a bet AND a raise. See, he minraises - often that means sth like strength there. they just don't want the hand to end right there i guess. so i think, mostly you are beat here. assuming that you also have a big edge over your opponents lateron, it's not worth a push. I'd fold postflop. |

Re: (6.50) Stars...EP TT limped.
ya, the raise on the flop is too scary to continue and I never raise this PF.

Re: (6.50) Stars...EP TT limped.
PF: limp or raise fine. Doesn't really matter to me.
Flop: Now that you haven't defined your hand, the pots been raised, and its this multi-way, you are playing your tens for set value barring some extremely weak action on this flop. Regardless, you check this flop, see the action of bet -> min-rraise and fold. |
