Do I check the turn? Does that mean you check the turn with a set? What do you think about preflop? I just sat down so no reads on this guy.

Any comments on all streets would be great

Do us all a favor and next time use the hand converter like so:

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP1 ($25.05)
MP2 ($28.65)
MP3 ($25.55)
CO ($24.65)
Button ($25)
SB ($45.15)

Hero ($25.50)
UTG+1 ($28)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

River: ($50.85) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 2 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $50.85

That turn card is god awful. I would probably check, and then puke in my mouth when he goes all in. I think it's a fold without a read that this guy is hyper-aggressive with AK/AQ types of hands. You are beat a lot of the time here.
