Default 5-10 Caesars 400bb\'s deep

Villian in this hand is lag winning lots of hands w/o showdown sitting with ~7k i have ~4k to start the hand

1 limp villian raises to 40 in the CO, i call on the Button w/ KQo, limper calls

flop KK7r

limper checks, villian bets 80, i call, limper folds

turn 2 brings a FD

villian checks, i bet 300, villian CR's to 1200

villian is playing very aggro postflop

i have 2700 left if i call the 1200

if i took this line with AK how much easier is this hand vs someone so aggressive

and the shortstack jokes better at least be original

I would smooth call the his reraise. If you reraise him again allin he may fold (with hands you have beat), however, if you call he is so aggressive he may fire big (maybe even allin) on the river for you. Let his aggressiveness get the chips in for you.

your flop call indicates you have 3 kings, 7's full or a medium pocket unless u are very sick and are calling with air to set him up on the turn (not a normal line against a LAG). Is villain real good also? if I had AK and c-bet this flop and you just called I would put u on 3 kings alot and go for check raises on the turn a good amount and suck in a weaker king. As for this hand, we have opponent beat often enough here i think to just smooth call and induce a river bet, i dont think we can fold here. Alot depends on how smart your opponent is cuz he knows you prolly dont smooth call preflop with AK.

you should probably check behind on the turn if you're even considering not stacking off now that he's checkraised. if he thinks your range to call the flop and bet the turn is sufficiently wide that he's gonna call big turn and river bets and lose to your kq then he's also gonna c/r this turn with hands worse than ak often enough that you can't fold.
