Best way to get money on and off of Stars and FT?

The answer seems to change on at least a monthy basis. What is the best way to get money on and off of Stars and FT if you are in the us?

The best way for deposit would be to have a player you know very well do a player-to-player transfer to your account. To get the money off, transfer the money back to his account and have him give you cash. Simple, quick, and no fees.

if you don't want to set up an epassporte account and you don't have a trusted friend to transfer with:

for FT deposits: Visa all access gift card (although these cards do not come in higher increments than 100 dollars from what I have seen)

for FT withdrawals: Requesting a check seems to be working fine

Would pokerstars have a problem if you transferred say 10k, 20k, 50k to a friend and he withdrew it?

Believe it or not, I made a deposit on FT last week with my visa card and it went right through. On top of that, I'm a nevada resident and it's from a nevada bank. Weird.
