Looks very familar. I had to go through this process as well. It took about 2 weeks, but in the end, it was all sorted out. Keep us posted with updates and check my threads from before. You are not the only one to go through this process.

for prodigy ive been w-d ing $100 almost every day since ive been cleared. my balance went from high 2000s to 500 today. they even cleared a 300 withdrawl.

im not going to reload for the deposit bonus although i want to...........lol. i am 4 tabling at low limits like they said i could.

their busines strategy is no good, they just give too much away.

i swear ever since they been giving us a hard time the action at the games i play just isnt there. even if i could multi 8 like i used to there wouldnt be 8 games going on.

Looks like the same thing just happened to my account. Made a successful withdrawal of $650 on Tuesday, hit my ePass account 7 hours after I requested it. Made a second withdrawal request of $1000 yesterday afternoon (out of over $7k, so not nearly a full withdrawal) , and now I can't review the request and if I click withdraw I get the same message. Let's see how they respond.

Question: How many of you have been hit with this security check when making one withdrawal per month? I have a large chunk of money in UB but I have not made any withdrawals in last few months. I wonder if its related to all the charges for moving money?

security check update: After spamming ub with about 15 e-mails in 3 days, I received this response.

Right- since there are so many bots at NL50 and NL 100, which is where I play 99.9% of the time. I must look very suspicious.
Since they said my account "was" being investigated, I am assuming the ivestigation is over. I just canceled my $800 withdrawal, and made a new withdrawal request for $100. My new plan is to ty and sneak my money out of UB $100 at a time.

5) date received: It was approved within hours, but I haven't received it yet, which is normal due to the slow mail system here.
