If you four table is the true win rate accurate or do u have to multiply it by 4

Its accurate. You dont need to multiply by anything.

As far as I know, the PTBB/100 concerns big bets per 100 hands, has nothing to do with multi-tabling.

Hourly I'm not sure about, there you might need to adjust.

the true winrate is literally how much ur makin per hour. it has nothing to do with how many tables ur runnin.
