$280 isn't deep. I don't really mind stacking off with AK here but I don't know which is best of call and 4bet.

Could be a squeeze, but would you expect him to do that when you raise UTG? I dont like calling OOP, so it's 4bet/fold for me.

Could be a squeeze for sure, I would prob 4bet knowing that this is a thinking player and can fold QQ possibly, he will fold his AK if he has same hand, and if he was squeezing he will for sure fold aswell.

I think this is the worst option. Your implied odds are bad, your reverse implied odds are big.

4-bet or fold. I usually 4-bet.
