I also have a note on him saying that he may bluff in any sort of crazy spot.

Have to bet the flop, you're just asking for a maniac to fire at you on the turn if you don't. Definitely call river as played. If you really think he has the A then you shouldn't have called the turn.

Do we not want that? Id rather him fire at me with a hand I beat, than me fire at him for him to fold a hand I beat or call with one that beats me.
