For 1/4 stack I think I would fold here. I also might check flop to avoid this situation.

With the 6 of clubs in your hand that flush out is most likely dead. So you are calling an all in with an overcard on the board, possible flush, possible set. Seems like there are many hands out there that can beat you. I'd fold here and find a better spot.

I think you should fold the flop here almost always, either hes got you bet already or have 2 overs with a club.
