Default limit table selection, dead money and fold equity

When selecting a live limit table I look for those that feature several loose overcallers preflop and maybe on the flop but the field narrows down quickly on the turn and river. For example 5-7 players to most flops (raised pots or otherwise) and most rivers are seen 2-3 handed. Basically players that love to see the flop but fold if they don't hit. Is this extra juice in the pot a form of fold equity that I can consider when evaluating my hand preflop and on the flop? Do any of you know of a simple method or formula to calulate this into my hand odds? Do any of you have similar requirements that you try to meet when selecting a table?
thanks,
chimp
