personally i check as fast as i can on turn and hope he acts mega fast on river.

i think your only getting called by a better hand if you go all in, then again he probably check raises you if he has you beat on the flop and the turn shouldnt make a difference. tricky, so maybe all in is good. plus on ipoker they have the all in button so he may think you misclicked!

Def no time to check and get to river so I pushed AI and he was thinking abt what to do....and I disconnected!!!
I then had to leave hotel to go to work and my flight was Fri night at 9pm so had all day wondering whether he called and if I won the pot..

with 32 seconds left I don't understand why you can't check, leaving 30 seconds for him to decide what to do on the river.

there was 32 secs left after the flop - by the time the turn is out it just a couple secs left

theres $250 in the pot and you have $850 back.

if you check, lets say 1/3 of the time he checks on the river and you win, 2/3 of the time he bets the river and you lose. so EV of checking is +$83.333

if you go all in, if he calls he has you beat say 75% of the time, and you have him beat 25% of the time, for simplicity lets say the hands hold up. EV of him calling you is 0.75(-$850) and 0.25($1100) = $-362

EV of him folding is $250.

so checking is $83, pushing is either -$362 or $250. by my dubious maths if he calls less than 27% of the time then you win
-362(call%)+250(1-call%)>83

but maybe the above estimations are wrong in terms of you only winning 1/4 when he calls or him only betting river 2/3 of the time if you check turn.
