Either A) This is a snapcall, or B) Villain is a huge nit who has to have at least a set and you can fold top 2 on a drawy board. But if villain is such a huge nit wouldn't he be a little concerned you might have 89? And you have a read that he is weak? And you say he's a decent player capable of making a move? Still a snapcall.

Clear fold for me, you have shown really good strength and he doesnt seem to care. He shows up with a set here most of the time imo
