That really depends on your true win rate. It's not standard for a winning player but it's not unheard of if running bad. For instance, someone with a true win rate of 2BB/100 (big bets) and a STD DEV of 25 has roughly a 4% chance of dropping 10 buy-ins. You've hit a two outer before right? Well...

Post hands.

I've had 2 10 buy-in downswings in ~350,000 hands this year.

I've had -6.5 BI in 1.2k hands (a few hours) so I'm sure 10 BI is possible even for a winning player.

What's your WSD% and Won$atSD%? I always look at those, if my WSD% is normal while Won$atSD% is abnormally low (it was 7% during those 1.2k hands) then I feel like I was running at least somewhat bad.

Ahhh this is so touching. We're starting a support group for "Cool Runnings".

On a serious note....I'm just guessing but if you upchucked 10 buy-ins, there is more than a small chance that you got frustrated/annoyed/angry after a few of your losses. You should have called it a day or taken a break and perhaps spent a few hours doing a walk or absorbing some wisdom from this forum....or if you just have to have more of your poker fix...I would switch over and play a few SNG's or MTT's and allow your head to clear.
