Seat 1 is the button
Total number of players : 4
Seat 1: Button ( $ 25.45 USD )
Seat 2: SB ( $ 25.15 USD )
Seat 5: villian ( $ 62.01 USD )
Seat 3: Hero ( $ 24.15 USD )
SB posts small blind [$ 0.10 USD].
Hero posts big blind [$ 0.25 USD].
villian posts big blind + dead [$ 0.35].

villian checks.
Button calls [$ 0.25 USD]

There is no reason to think that UTG hit anything beating your straight on the flop or the turn.

You were probably hoping that one or both of your opponents have an overcard and hit on the turn making top pair. There is nothing wrong with that, but, of course, it could backfire, which it did in this case. Don't worry about it too much. Your opponent could easily have hit trips instead of a full house and you would probably have won a nice pot.

Don't worry too much. There is not much you could've done. However, if you really want to avoid this kind of situation, you should raise on the flop.
