Default Quiz TV Puzzles

If I were to post some math riddles from UK quiz TV with answers, would this be OK?
Would there be an interest here in helping me work out the method used to generate the answers?

OK, this is far from straightforward. No-one I've put this to has been able to figure them out but apparently they got past the regulators!

PUZZLE 1:
22 tomcats all meet 4 kittens
They all go to meet 32 cats
and team up to make dinner
(Images of 6 cats and shadows shown below these lines)
ANSWER: 6273

PUZZLE 2:
25 cats all meet 4 kittens
Those cats all meet 33 cats
They go to meet the Queen
(Images of 6 cats and shadows shown below these lines)
ANSWER: 8522

If anyone gets this (figures out their working) I'll be amazed!

This is from the show Quiz Call, which appears to have purposely ambigious puzzles that people will call in to answer (it's a pay call).

The forums for the show appear to have the images attached, but even after signing up for them I don't have permission to view them. So Blah.
