Inform the site.

If they discover the mistake, they'll just deduct it from your poker acct. If you report it, they'll likely let you keep a portion as a reward.

For future reference: a couple of hours later the transaction was reversed without any correspondence between involved parties.

Neteller is going to steal your money eventually anyway, so you might as well send it back to the poker site since you might be able to get a portion back as a reward - which could then possibly be cashed out by check or eft.
