its it ever correct to call a raise with 23o in SB/BB?
Ok, I recently ran into these 23o callers from the blind, and I have to ask. Is it ever correct to call with these hands?
the sb called a 3bet with 23o and caught a gut shot straight on the river. killed my KK. another 23o called from the BB and flopped two pairs that killed my top pair from the button. Yeah, i'm pretty pissed. because I would never call 23o. so tell me is it ever correct to call a raise with these cards? thanks |

only correct mathematically if there are tons of callers to a raise already otherwise u cant overcome the weakness of the hand in the long run playing it. You are being very results oriented and just an idiot

It's still a fish tank at party. i also so a guy open limp 23o on the button...
ok. thanks for the response. Just wanted to make sure. that guy who called 3-bet in the sb with 23o really had me on the end of cliff tilt-ville Its frustrating to see people win pots with starting hands that I would never play...so Just gotta check if I'm being too tight. |
