Make Stars stop flashing!!

ou guys who know how to do XThemes and such - is there any way to do this?

All the flashing graphics and such make me feel really ill, like the flashing when people act or the flashing for who the action is on - is there any way I can make this just be a solid highlight?

I can stop it from flashing, but it will not be highlighted - it will look exactly the same all the time. or i could make it so the flashing is VERY subtle - or just a small indicator mark, etc.

I stopped by with the intention of posting about the same issue.
FWIW I´m using the Hyper simple theme.

Would someone mind sharing this info pls.
