TPTK against unknown
Seat 1: xxx (69.55 in chips)
Seat 2: Hero (233.00 in chips) Seat 5: xxx (134.10 in chips) Seat 6: xxx (108.00 in chips) Seat 8: Villain (216.00 in chips) Seat 9: xxx (271.95 in chips) Villain: posts small blind $1 xxx: posts big blind $2 Dealt to Hero [ K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ] xxx: calls Hero: raises to $9 xxx: folds xxx: folds Villain: calls xxx: folds xxx: folds *** FLOP *** [ K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ] ~$20 Villain: bets $15 Hero: raises to $42 Villain: is all in ($165) Hero: folds Villain: returns uncalled bet $165 Villain is completely unknown, and it's only my second orbit at table. So far as appeared fairly reckless and LAGy. Should I just call because of all the draws out there? |

Re: TPTK against unknown
I would call the flop raise and basically call down normal sized bets if the flush isn`t there by the river. Too many draws here that can be raising and although you don't really have a read, you say he appeared laggy.
As played I would have a hard time folding it but it's probably better than calling an all in with TPTK. |

Re: TPTK against unknown
Calling his donkbet isnt a option here?
So you will get value out of a lower pair maybe? And we're planning to RAI any heart on the turn? |
