STD tests?
So iam pretty sure i got something bad and need to get tested. iam having alot of trouble finding somewhere to go. ive googled std tests in my area and cant really find much except for a few places that charge like $300 to do it. Is this normal.. I have health insurance, will they cover this? can i just call a regular doc;s office and have them test me? any help appreciated thanks

Depending where you live, I would google your county, city, or state department of health and see if they have a clinic. Often times they offer health services, such as STD tests, at a very reduced rate. It should be cheaper than going to a regular doctor.

usually you can get tested for cheap or free in most metropolitan areas. Just try and google for your cities health department. If you have insurance you can usually go to the hostpital or anywhere.
Planned parenthood also gives std tests.
