Did anyone have the Stars/Paytru information error and get it fixed?

I read some people having the problem because of their SSN and to contact Paytru, but what did Paytru do to fix it? Has anyone had this problem and still got the pre paid visa? Please tell what happened.

yeah, i had this problem. i kept trying every once in a while. sooner or later, it worked for me. so if it's still not working for you, i'd suggest that you keep trying.
