I guess I'm more pessimistic than you sniper, I did not read the neteller statement about the 75 days to issue a plan to imply that all funds were to be returned, simply that some or all might and at that time they would say how an when.... In other words I thought they left themselves wiggle room there....Of course I hope I am wrong.

I just get the feeling that when they do start freeing up that money, somehow the lawyers and accountants will get most of it.
