min check raise then overbet shove.. your Q's are toast. He's prolly got 4's or 7's.. it makes me puke as many times as I've paid these idiots off doing this.

[/ QUOTE ]I get in a zone with OP's and often get it in before fully evaluating. I won this one (he had 88) but I'd love to hear more opinions about how strong the check/minraise is here vs. an ~aggro/unknown.

Well he only called your raise preflop, he check raised you on the flop and he pushes when the scare card comes (9 gives a few straight draws) smells like a set to me!

This is a set ALOT at micro stakes, def a marginal spot. I'm usually getting it in here if villian is either loose or overaggro but not happy about it.
