he has Q9/AQ a ton here, given your read (though either of those hands may have raised the turn.)

I agree, {edited for stupidity, yes they'll often raise turn}. I'd just call.

Given the read, I three-bet this clown every day. He's probably has a slowplayed KQ, JT, J4, or jack-squat. I think he raises the turn with anything you care about [a low set (he caps KK or JJ preflop), AQ, or even Q9.

Even if he folds to your raise, it's still good metagame.

i'd just call

your description really doesn't make him sound bad and the only hand you are hoping for is JT, which even that is questionable.
