It's now clear that I'm going to have to go to epassport and complain that a merchant took funds from my account and neither offered promised service/product or a refund.

OP got screwed and that sucks.

This is Carbon's chance to show they know how to provide good customer service and they get an F for a grade IMO. Make it up to OP and maybe others will consider depositing funds into your site. Maybe give him free entry into a few big MTT's or something.

What are the minimum amounts to cash out via epassporte?

I already sent you my details two days ago and I'm not sending it again.

I'm ending this.

As it stands right now, poker.com has my money but they have yet to claim it as according to them, I never sent it (despite my receipt).

According to epassport, if a merchant doesn't claim the funds within two weeks, it gets returned to the sender's epassport account.

I'm just gonna wait for that to happen and be done with it.

Hi Coy Roy,

I really want to help, but if you don’t give me you username I cannot look into it for you. I honestly did not receive your email, I have done a though search throughout all my folders, perhaps you did not send it to the correct address.

Please try again, either via email which is ellen@pdcaffiliates.com or PM me.

Kind regards,

Ellen
