The difference between 500 innings of super awesome relief(2 ERA) and super horrible relief(5 ERA) is about 160 runs. I forget how many runs=wins but assuming it's around 10 that's about the 15 wins you suggested.

I was simply trying to exclude compositional decisions. Like... If you knew you had an amazing bullpen and replacement pitching.... You'd see 800 innings or more from the pen as you'd chase starters ASAP. I was trying to say that managers would play similar to a regular team.
