Default Final table trouble.

Final table of 35e rebuy lat night. 5 left. 3 get paid. However a small bubble is usually made once 4 people are left.

Stack sizes ranging from 40k to 160k. I am probably joint 2nd on chip size. I have 95k. Blinds 5k/10k.

I have been pushing almost blind when 1st in pot past orbit and havent got looked up yet. Showed the last hand I pushed with. 56o.

Folded to me on button. I look down at Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I raise to 30k hoping to take down the blinds. SB folds and Chinese guy, the chipleader (very loose player (think they all are)) calls from BB.

Flop is 9 5 4 rainbow. Checked to me. This is when I realise I should have pushed pf. Dont know where I stand and not enough for cbet. I check.

Turn is a Q. He checks, I shove and he quickly calls with Q3 sooooted.

Hits his 3 on river.

Anyways does everyone else fold/push pf? Or push any flop?? Think I made my mistake by not pushing pf.

Default Re: Final table trouble.

This was played all-around horribly, as well you know.

Why on Earth would you show your crappy hand earlier? What was the purpose? You want MORE FE at this stage, not less by showing crappy hands.

Push PF with 10 BBs and QTs on the button is super-standard obv. If you insist on getting cute and raising instead of pushing, you're getting it in on any flop. Raising instead of pushing vs the loose chip leader is even worse.

Live and learn

Edit: removed a bunch of 'obviously', obviously.
