You didn't do anything wrong. On a side note I bet 5 on the flop and 16 on the turn to extract value from weaker kings and possible 7 6.

Ik check the turn for pot control...

Wich your turn check your inducing bluffs from worse kings.

Im playing to check/call the river.
Big pots are for big hands you dont have a big hand.

As played you could fold the turn... iom

I knew I should have folded and gone and made a roast beef sub!!!!

OK -- bet more flop and turn I think and fold to turn raise.... Good approach I think.

Does anyone else say to themselves, "F**K -- he has a 5!!" and call on the turn anyway? That is what I find myself doing on these hands....

How many times does someone have a weak king here or PP or something else that I am beating?

Sometimes -- but not often enough to make the call. Think about it. He called with another caller already in. It's not like he has 88 and thinks he's good. If not you, he's got to give MP3 credit for a K. So, either he's got a draw like 67, something silly like A5... or he's got something real.

By the time you get to the turn c/r -- hm, how often in this some odd K or 67?

Bet more on flop. If you're heads up on turn, chk for pot control and call just about any river.

3-way, I think b/f might be a better line. Someone convince me. Weak K, PPs and whatever need to be value bet... and draws need to be charged. A raise or a c/r indicates more strength by this time too and we're folding the worse hand more often.
