I don't even second barrel on this board, the turn card doesn't change anything so he will likely only fold 9x and will keep calling with Jx and draws.

River card isn't great either because bd diamonds, QT, T7 (unlikely) all got there, and he isn't folding Jx.

The 8 really isn't a good card because it made straights, villain is either on a draw or has something like KJ and since some of the draws got there like Al said I probably let this go, maybe you beat KQss

I agree, he didn´t call that flop because he was suspicious, he called because he connected in some way. KJ is never in a million years folding so I don´t like your line. Don´t 3barrel because you think you have to, do it when your gut tells you you should.
