Limp preflop, fold to the flop bet. Try to conserve your chips, especially in the first levels. You'll need them later

Yup, limp PF, as played, calling this reraise is OK. Fold the flop.

There is nothing bad about getting PPs early in the game. You just have to realize that most of them (22-TT) you should play for a set value, i.e. limp trying to get cheap flop and usually fold to any action if missed.

Limp preflop. Fold flop. You need to raise to 80 or a 100 after a limper if you want to raise. Since the pot was reraised you are definitely playing for set value and need to play cautiously if the flop comes all smaller than ten.

I play these 5.50s at stars and only raise with QQ+, AK for the simple reason that I don't like to commit t100 with a hand that could be in big trouble post flop. Why t100? Well, that's about the minimum amount to get you heads up at these low stakes sngs. If you raise to 60, you're lucky if less then 3 players call you.

Thanks guys. Perfect advice, of course. I usually would have known to limp with this hand too, but for whatever reason I choked here - I still have my occasional moments where I forget everything I've read, learned, etc. Still learning.

I did fold to his bet on the flop, BTW.
