Default Aggression Factor, how is it derived?

How is the aggression factor measured?

What are the stats or someone who is passive vs someone who is highly aggressive?

Aggression factor on multiple streets?

agression factor is %bet +%raised / % called. pre flop not included unless otherwise noted as far as i am concerned. same method calculated for all streets in pt. gl

btw, agressive (imo) is someone who is above 3.5 in 6max NLH. passive and bad is below 2.0. I am hyper agressive though and have biased attitude. Please comment if felt otherwise.
