How do I learn about Real Estate?
I was wondering what the best way is for a young guy to learn about the real estate industry? I'm not looking to become a full time flipper or a professional or anything like that, just want to learn some quality basics and maybe build on it later in life.
I've read some of the threads in this forum and a lot of it seems over my head. I have zero experience on this subject. I'm looking for a little more than a 'For Dummies' on Real Estate. Would classes at the community college be helpful? What about the weekend seminars that I see advertisements from time to time? Any really good books that are worth a read? |

Re: How do I learn about Real Estate?
Go to your local bookstore and check out the real estate section. You could spend hours there....
There are a lot of different types of real estate investment, and you need to decide which is right for you. |

John T Reed on finding value in real estate
Great starting point. You can zero in on a specific strategy after. |
