I'm pretty much coco-cola's bitch. I used to drink like 3-6 a day...and there was a time when i could easily dust off a 2 liter that i bought that same day.

I just drank one with lunch.
I really need to quit this [censored] given my teeth are fubar and its bad stuff.
Only water/black coffee(tastes like sheet)/oj/lemonade/gatorade.

Bolthouse drinks are awesome and very healthy for you, but they can be expensive. I make sure to buy them when they are on sale. One of the big bottles can last you a few days or more if you're just having some in the morning.

yea caffine pre workout is amazing, it increases ur metabolism and offers you enough energy to get through a vigorous workout
