ive always heard going to downtown LA is the best..they also have guns,crack,bitches,etc

At the corner of 7th and Alvarado near Langer's Deli if you walk up and down the block a couple of times somebody will offer you a fake ID. They probably suck, but that's the only place I know about. If you speak Spanish or can bring a friend that does I think it'd help.
