If you flop a very strong hand and want to build a nice pot it's usually better to just assume villain has a good hand and go from there. (I like to be consistent with my cbets - usually 2/3-3/4 pot, in order to keep my hands from being readable.)
This villain has tight-passive stats, so he most likely isn't going to try to steal pot from you when you try to slow play. It's better to slow play against LAGy players that will bet for you and are easier to trap.
