Default Multitabling Table Layout

I mostly lurk all over the 2+2 boards. This is my first post in STT but have read STT for a while and think that it is great. I usually play nl 50-100 6 max cash. I play anywhere from 6 to 12 tables. I have played over 500 SNG's with decent results (I know Sample size). I usually play them to take a break from cash. I play anywhere from 8-14 SNG's. I was just wondering who do all of you mega multitablers do it? Do you try for no overlap or the least amont possible? I have seen people playing 20+ either cascade them or stack them all on top of each other. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

Done a bit of everything. I have two 24 inch widescreen monitors and find that 12 tabling the pokerstars games is best for me. I think it is very important to be able to see all the games at once and although it is very easy to tile tables on stars I wouldn't recommend it.

I tile my tables and I 12 table. My monitor is kinda small so the tables are fairly small but it works very well for me, I've only been sat out of 1 game in my life basically.

I have some overlap but nothing much.

I play either 9 with no overlap or 12 with a decent amount of overlap, don't really like stacking or cascading.

I play 9 overlapped on the left screen, 6 overlapped on the middle, and 2+2 on the right.

When you say overlapped, are they just random or cascaded or tiled with overlap?

I meant tiled.

They're tiled in such a way that none of the action buttons overlap, though.

I 10 table cascaded and I don't feel like I miss anything without being able to see all of them at once.

its a matter of personal preference and effectiveness. i cannot cascade tables when i play, i find that i play most effectively when i have full view of all of my tables. some much better SNG multi tablers than myself cascade and find that the best way. in my hardcore sng days (now cash and mtts are too far into the mix to consider it "hardcore") I would 18 table with no overlap on 2 monitors. Regardless, I would play 6-18 tables depending on the situation and i would always simply tile them. just find what works best for you.
