I wish I could do some, but I don't want to catch a porn virus. Is there any way I can search for images and then imageshack them without the risk of a virus? When I do Yahoo search I can save the images from Yahoo without going to the porn site it's hosted on, but they are just a sample of the picture and are ten times smaller so I can't use it.

ok, srlsy: use firefox, disable java and if you are really paranoic, disable javascript (it's easy to do). then, just browse the sites as you do with any site, but never download / install anything....
