you need to talk to support and ask them to reset your password, when you select a new pass, make sure it's between 6 to 8 characters long, otherwise it won't work (it's the reason old passes don't work in the first place)...
my problem is when I try to confirm my prima alias, it just gieves me general error

After writing an email to support, I got a link with wich I was able to change my password. Logging in with this new pw works, but you have to confirm your alias if you have an account with another prima-skin before you're able to play. Thanks god they didn't insist on that PIN I received years ago when I made my first Prima-account to do the confirmation, because I lost it....
But you're able to get a new one, you just have to enter your username with the other prima-skin.

Am I right in thinking on Microgaming when you win a hand at showdown you can't see what hand your opponent mucked? Whereas on B2B, Party, Full Tilt etc you can go back and look at the hand history, you can't do this on Microgaming - or can you?

Anyone agree that this makes a REALLY big difference to whether you'd want to play on a network, since it's so useful to see what they mucked / what they were calling with? I just have got so used to being able to see their cards.

I play on Prima a lot, and this is the one thing I really hate. Sometimes you can't even see your opponent's mucked cards when you were the caller on the end!
