Default Best way to deal with a 3b3 TAG IP?

This is coming up more and more frequently for us all and I'd be interested to hear your views on it. You and villain both play a solid game preflop. You open up a lot pf in LP/so does he. You both b3b LP raises a decent amount from the blinds. What is the best way to play back at the villain when you are in LP and he is b3b you from the blinds? (Very general, I know)

Eg.
Effective stacks ~ 100bb
Hero [Your opening range] in CO/BTN raises 4bb
Villain [His b3b range] in SB/BB raises to 16bb
Villain is 22/18/4

Let's say he bets AT+ and pps for value.

1) What is our best plan in this situation? Obviously we should either b4b the top end of our range or call with a view to getting it in on the flop. We can also call any hand with value against his range and a favourable flop. Is this OK/standard?

Let's say now that villain is getting frisky/tilting (villain tilting, not hero lol) You now know that his range includes the above plus suited connectors and air a lot of the time.

2) How to we maximise value in this situation? Do we b4b light? Or call some of the time with the intention of either bluff raising or floating flop?

Ten thousand answers, here are some:

-Bluff raise AQ on dry board

-Float ace high boards when you pair the ace and when you whiff

-4-bet small with AK/QQ/JJ and call a push; 4-bet small with pure air

-Call c-be when you make a pair

Profit.
