Default Simple preflop decision vs Green Plastic.

Poker Stars
No Limit Hold'em Cash Game
$1/$2 Blinds

LegoPoker HH Converter

Hero (SB): $200
BB: $178.30
UTG: $471.50
MP: $412.35
CO: $520.20
BTN: $247

Preflop: Hero is dealt 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
BB folds, UTG calls $2, MP folds, CO raises to $8 , BTN folds Hero ?

Fwiw i haven't seen mad green ever raise 3xBB+1BB for a limper, so i think if anything this is more likely to be an isolation raise. Also i got into a pot with him where i tried bluffing raising him he pushed i folded with half my stack in ! :/ And ive been stacked multiple times with top two vs flopped straight n stuff. So i think he probably thinks im tilting (which i was in a way). against people with wide opening ranges i should be more willing to 3bet him preflop or try and win a bluff raise from him since hes likely to give me no respect ?

i suppose the question is, is it better to play a multiway pot here or is it better to take down a small pot by 3betting/cbetting?

If you were actually playing gp, I fold. You don't have implied odds.
