jumping on the checks not clearing bandwagon- Party checks (American)

Just to add to the paranoia a little.... I am an american and tryed depositing my Party checks about a month ago. Waited the two weeks for them to clear they didnt called up citibank, they told me wait another week i did and no go. Launched an investigation with my bank last monday and apparently they will have some results for me tommorow. Similar sitution it seems to guy who posted several weeks ago about party. Check is from Barclays bank guess I'll give update tommorow. P.S even though I have logged into my party account about 30 times in past several months to deal with all these transactions I somehow recieved the 180 day inactive email. Gotta love party, still (censored) me with every chance they get.....

party closed months ago to American customers, did you just finally get your check a month ago? but im guessing it might have something to do with barclays, because they are a UK bank

and if i remember correctly, logging in to your account doesn't mean anything, you have to generate rake for it to reset the counter

I had one clear last month with no problem at all.

Had this problem as well, my bank said there was an issue with the routing number... Just emailed the email on the check stub and they put a stop-pay on the check, put it back in my cashier, and then I got a bank wire.

just bc your 6 posts obviously entitles you too hate as written in the enail inactive is:
" If you do not access your Account by "logging on" to your Account using your Account name and password for any period of 180 days, then after those 180 days (the "180 day grace period") your Account (and any related account with any ESP) will be deemed "Inactive""

which is why i put the words "and if i remember correctly" in front of that section, because i wasn't 100% sure, just trying to recall what i was told many months ago in an e-mail.
