OP,
I faxed FTP a copy of my license and insurance bill to get approved for a check and had some trouble. I ended up taking a picture of the documents and emailing them to FTP. I was approved and requested a $3300 check.
Check requested - 4/6
Approved - 4/8 (Took about 40 hours to get approved)
Check recieved - 4/16
Check successfully deposited in checking acct. - 4/16

I also had some doubts at first but it went great and I will most likely use this method to cash out in the future.

Maybe Ill try this. This guy knows the deal...fulltilt is real nazis with wanting to send you a check. I keep emailing them scanned copies of my lease or other things saying where I live. Problem is, I take care of paying the rent, and my roommate pays all the other bills (we each pay half, but in terms of who makes sure they get out on time) so all the other bills have my roommates name on them.

Does anyone have a phone number for fulltilt support I could call?

Thanks again.

Are there any other documents that prove your address that you could fax FTP? The email I recieved stated to provide address verification with a bank or credit card statement, utility bill, cell phone bill, home or auto insurance papers. I tried a few differenet fax machines and FTP told me they were unable to read the small numbers. If you can use a digital camer, open pic on comp and save it to desktop, and attach the pic file to an email. The pic is very clear and they will most likely approve your information. Good luck, its quite a frustrating process.

Just make sure the attachments you send them aren't too large. They ask for at least 400 dpi (presumably so they can read them) but the scan of my utility bill was 4MB at 300 dpi. When I tried to send it their email system kicked it back. I messed around converting to different formats until I got it down to about 1mb as a GIF and was able to send that to them. Once they got it I was approved later the same day. Requested the withdrawl which got approved well within the time frame they indicate. The check's supposed to be in the mail now and I've got every reason to believe it will work smoothly.

Regarding problems cashing checks, the other poster is correct. This isn't site specific (I think PS and Bodog are the ones mentioned) but specific to Citizen's Bank in New England. From posts this morning it looks like that is getting cleared up too.
